During my experience, the nurse referred to him as Ben, which made me feel at ease. I liked that everyone was personable with co-workers, and didn't call each other by last name only. Over the past few years, Ben has seen me less than 10 times, and from my second visit, he was genuinely concerned with everything that went into caring for me. At one point, over a single year, they completely filed and retired 5 files on me. I have a very complicated medical history & Ben did his homework and research. It is refreshing to see him, even when you moved offices. It generally takes a lot to fill any new doctor in on my history. As I said, Ben did his homework.
