Ilsa had a very pleasant attitude. She came into the room joking with Fred about what he had done to his shoulder. He needed a total shoulder replacement and was scared to commit to surgery. Ilsa did not push him but told him it was not an emergency, so he had plenty of time to think about it at home. She also told him that if he decided on surgery, Dr. Moss would be the surgeon, but she would be there on the day of surgery, which comforted him.
